We had an exceptional stay which tainted our whole holiday.

Everything was fine, so were relaxing views over the gardens. All the employees were competent and very responsive. The jazz bar was comfortable, greatly enjoyed this place.

The employees are exceptionally helpful and patient. Make sure to get queen studio with the great view over the park and the kitchenette, as for instance.

Had an exceptional stay by 3 nights. The room was a nice size and well-equipped and with a relaxing view across the park. The location was prime and relatively quiet, with restaurants and bars close to the hotel. By the way, gardens and parks were close to the place.

Brand-new hotel in a safe area very close to Port Melbourne, target, and the Skybus from the airport. Lovely building and well-appointed rooms with a balcony overlooking flagstaff gardens. Friendly professional staff at the reception desk. Amazing meal at in-house restaurant.

A mini kitchen, a great balcony and an excellent WiFi in our king studio were useful during stay. This accommodation had a central setting right outside a tram stop in the free tram zone. The private parking was off site, excellent service. The staff members were genuinely helpful and caring.

Beautifully presented unit with an electric kettle, fridges, and an oven. Many things to like: very clean bed, very friendly professional staff at the reception desk.

There were lovely looking & functional rooms with shower/toilet, amazing views, lovely birthday card. The location was handy and decent for walking around an urban park.

The room was well presented and I enjoyed its fresh decor. Perfect and magnificent location, it was in front of a train station. You can find Bird's Basement feet from the hotel to a have lunch.

Close to a train station, the location was best possible and strategic, on the last tram stop of the free tram system within the city centre. Melbourne Central Business district was worth staying in.

Great stay! The location was superb, with easy access to public transportation and walking distance to many attractions. The room was comfortable and clean, offering a homely touch with a fully equipped kitchen. It was perfect for a longer stay, allowing us to cook our own meals. the staff were friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend for a hassle-free and convenient experience!

The kitchen appliances could be improved. It would have been great to have more kitchen utensils and cookware, such as a cutting board and additional pots.

There were brand-new, beautifully decorated rooms with view. In room WiFi and it's own balcony were available here. The pool was great and I had soft drinks in the jazz bar...

we stayed 4 nights and will be back when visiting australia. luxurious hotel, immaculately clean, employees are extremely well trained, and location is best possible close to public transport. light dishes can be found in the in-house restaurant.
